A permanent retail role within the Babies R Us Wellness department, offering customers a variety of health and wellness products. The Wellness Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, leveraging product knowledge of FMCG/Wellness products, and contributing to a positive and helpful store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales within the Wellness department.
• Utilise product knowledge to assist customers.
• Contribute to a positive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Matric (Grade 12).
• Experience: Pharmacy Front Shop Sales Experience required.
• Advantageous: Product knowledge of Wellness/Health FMCG products.
• Personal Attributes:
• Eager to learn and upskill themselves.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
• Happy, friendly, and confident disposition.
